Renders the result of matchRoutes into a React element.
Parameters
- matches: null | RouteMatch<string, RouteObject>[]
  The array of route matches to render
Returns null | ReactElement<any, string | JSXElementConstructor<any>>
A React element that renders the matched routes or null if no matches
